Single or Dual-Axis Log Scanning
Available with single or dual-axis log scanning. The dual-axis scanning improves the measuring accuracy for logs with an oval cross section.

Comprehensive Shift, Weekly and Monthly Reports
Provides Mill Management with timely and accurate information about mill production. Allows Mill Management to better manage the operation.

Downtime Monitoring
Provides Mill Management with valuable information about how the sorter is utilized. Helps management to spot bottlenecks and other problems.

Automatic Report Printing
Automatically prints Tally Reports at pre-determined times. This means that there is no need to rush to the computer room at the end of the shift to print reports. Instead, the reports are waiting for you to be reviewed at your convenience.

"Snap-Shot" Reports
Makes available key data for every log on the printer and/or screen as they pass by. This is a great feature for special test runs etc.

Deck Full Bypass (Option)
Diverts logs to the designated backup when a deck is full. Allows the sorter to continue in spite of the fact that a deck is full.

Automatic Deck Advance (Option)
Eliminates the need to install photocells to automatically control the deck chain or to have an operator manually advance them as the deck fills up.

Photocell Kicking (Option)
Kicks logs precisely onto the deck in-spite of slippage between the logs and the chain/belt.

Manual Overrides (Option)
Allows an operator to manually address a log to any deck/bin, overriding the automatic classification.. (Example: Operator sees defect in log)

Sweep Scanning (Option)
Makes it possible to adjust the sort diameter for the amount of sweep of each log. Logs with excessive sweep may be sent straight to the chipper.

MIS-Port (Option)
Allows transfer of tally data to a central computer supplied by Signal Corporation or another vendor. Consolidates data from several machine centers into one computer for improved management reports.
